Information for the First Visit
Has your child ever begged you to STAY at a dental office? Impossible you say? Not impossible at our office! Our patients cannot wait to come back for their next dental visit. They actually look forward to each and every check-up visit. This is because of our gentle approach and the special way we speak to the children; explaining each and every procedure in "kid-friendly" terms. We teach children the proper way to take care of their teeth, importance of healthy snacks, and that going to the dentist can be FUN!
In the same way a pediatrician is trained to meet a child's medical needs; a pediatric dentist is uniquely qualified to protect your child's oral health. We utilize the most advanced techniques in our delightfully themed treatment rooms.
Our office, as well as the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, recommends that your child visit the dentist by the child's 1st birthday. You can help make the first visit to our office enjoyable and positive. We recommend informing your child of the visit and that we will explain all procedures and answer any questions they may have. The less to-do concerning the visit, the better. We recommend refraining from using words around your child that might cause unnecessary fear, such as needle, shot, pull, drill or hurt. Our office uses words that convey the same message in non-frightening, age-appropriate words to your child. We pride ourselves on specialized, comprehensive, and individualized dental care solely focused on your child's complete needs!

My son has been here 7 years I drive from Jersey because I do loke the office a lot and my son has had good experiences every time. New location is just beautiful! The receptionists are very very nive and hygienists and dentists are all wonderful. Ehen my son was just 4 he had a terrible injury to his teeth, the office took him right away and made us feel like we were the only ones there that day. Something I'll never forget. Great place!
Gone are the days of terrying dentist appointments of our childhood. All the dentists and the stadd love children and make them feel super comfortable. Zero anxiety and tears at the appoinment. The dentist work quickly so the kids don;t get restless even during major procedures. Kids always leave happy.
My 2 year old daugher had her first appointment with Kids Dental today and it couldn't have went better. The dentist and staff were lovely , accomodating and very kid friendly. My daughter actually didn't want to leave! Definitely recommend.
